What we collect

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. That may include aftercare or health-related context if you choose to include it.

How messages reach us

Until a form service is connected, submitting the contact form opens your own email application with a draft addressed to hello@pariah.au. Nothing is stored on our servers in that flow — the message lives in your mail client until you send it.

When a form endpoint is configured, your details are transmitted to that provider so we can reply. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your visit.

Third parties on this site

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may request those files from Google’s servers when you visit. We do not use advertising trackers on this site today.

If you reserve through a third-party booking tool once it is linked here, that provider’s own privacy terms will apply to the booking itself.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your details.
• We do not share enquiries for marketing lists.
• We keep correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet ordinary business records.
